Once an order is placed, the purchaser will receive 3 emails leading up to the time of delivery: Email confirmation that the order has been processed, email confirmation with tracking information when the order is shipped, and lastly an email confirmation once the order has been delivered.

Yes! Orders can be tracked via the tracking number/link sent once the order has shipped.

We take tremendous care in how we pack and ship our gifts to make sure that they look the same as when they were purchased. If you receive damaged or broken items upon delivery, please send us an email and photo at hello@bryansgifts.com and we will reconcile the issue in a timely manner.

While we do not have control over the gift once it has left our store, we strive to ship orders in a timely manner once received and we also provide customers with the ability to schedule shipments in advance.
