Sizzlin' and Savory Steak Tacos
Looking to bring the heat for your next taco night? Then this steak taco recipe is for you! This steak taco recipe can be served in a tortilla, bowl, salad, or any way you'd like!
Ingredients include:
- Flank Steak or Skirt Steak
- 5 tbsp of Adobo Sauce
- 2 tbsp of Chili Powder
- 2 tsp of Cumin
- 2 tsp of Dried Oregano
- 1 tsp of Black Pepper
- 1 tsp of Salt
- 2 tbsp of Olive Oil
- 1/2 Medium Red Onion (Diced)
- 3 Garlic Cloves (Minced or Whole)
- 1/2 Cup of Water
Directions (Serves 2-3)
- Add adobo sauce, chili powder, cumin, dried oregano, black pepper, salt, olive oil, and garlic into blender.
- Dice 1/2 of a medium red onion and add it to the other ingredients.
- Blend ingredients well.
- Add 1/2 cup of water and blend again.
- Place steak into an air tight container or large ziplock bag, add blended marinade.
- Marinate in the refrigerator for 4-8 hours or overnight.
- Grill steak between 350-450 degrees Fahrenheit (~4-5 minutes on each side)
- Serve steak in a bowl, tortilla, or salad with your preferred taco ingredients and ENJOY!
