Sizzlin' and Savory Steak Tacos

Looking to bring the heat for your next taco night? Then this steak taco recipe is for you! This steak taco recipe can be served in a tortilla, bowl, salad, or any way you'd like!

Ingredients include:

  • Flank Steak or Skirt Steak
  • 5 tbsp of Adobo Sauce
  • 2 tbsp of Chili Powder
  • 2 tsp of Cumin
  • 2 tsp of Dried Oregano
  • 1 tsp of Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp of Salt
  • 2 tbsp of Olive Oil
  • 1/2 Medium Red Onion (Diced)
  • 3 Garlic Cloves (Minced or Whole)
  • 1/2 Cup of Water

Directions (Serves 2-3)

  1. Add adobo sauce, chili powder, cumin, dried oregano, black pepper, salt, olive oil, and garlic into blender.
  2. Dice 1/2 of a medium red onion and add it to the other ingredients.
  3. Blend ingredients well.
  4. Add 1/2 cup of water and blend again.
  5. Place steak into an air tight container or large ziplock bag, add blended marinade.
  6. Marinate in the refrigerator for 4-8 hours or overnight.
  7. Grill steak between 350-450 degrees Fahrenheit (~4-5 minutes on each side)
  8. Serve steak in a bowl, tortilla, or salad with your preferred taco ingredients and ENJOY!
